GOVERNMENT FUNDED SUPPORT AT HOME PROGRAM

Support at Home Program (SaHP)

The Support at Home Program is a new national aged care system, designed to make it easier for older Australians to stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

It combines a wide range of services, equipment, and home modifications into one simple system that is tailored to your unique needs.

At Infinity Home Care, our team is here to guide you through the changes, explain how the new program works, and help you get the most from your funding.

KEY FEATURES OF THE PROGRAM

The Support at Home Program focuses on clarity, flexibility, and better access to care.

Eight levels of support, ranging from low everyday support to high clinical needs.

Quarterly budgets instead of annual budgets, giving you quicker adjustments if your needs change.

Dedicated funding for equipment and home modifications, separate from your care budget.

Reduced rollover of unspent funds to ensure funding is used effectively.

Short-term funding options for restorative and end-of-life care.

Pricing caps (starting July 2026) to ensure fair and transparent pricing across all providers.

10% Care Management fee, which supports ongoing care planning, check-ins, and guidance.
