At the heart of Infinity Home Care are our dedicated Directors, whose combined experience and passion for aged care drive everything we do. Their leadership is built on compassion, integrity, and vision, values that shape our commitment to providing exceptional, person-centered care. With a deep understanding of our clients, families, and community, they ensure Infinity Home Care remains a place where every individual feels valued, supported, and respected.

Director, Christopher Maley

Chris has owned and operated Laguna Retirement Estate since 2003 and later added Elements Retirement Villages at Springwood and Carindale, bringing extensive expertise in retirement living. He has been a Partner at Maclarens Lawyers in Sydney since 1975, specialising in property and commercial law. In 2025, Chris and co-owner Bill Hunter purchased Infinity Home Care, recognising the immense value to the residents of Laguna and the wider community of providing quality in-home care support.

Chris is a committed advocate for community service and brings strong leadership to Infinity Home Care. His long-standing support for underprivileged youth through Marist Youth Care and Good Shepherd Australia earned him the Order of Australia Medal in 2004. Deeply involved in Catholic community programs, he has contributed to several boards and currently serves on the Parramatta Diocesan Finance Council Committee and with Community Ventures, a non-profit supporting early learning and childcare across Western Sydney.

Independent Director, Erica Lambert

Erica worked at Paynter Dixon for over 21 years, working closely with providers of services for the elderly, assisting with the integration of Strategic Business Planning with Capital Development Programs. Her experience spans education, health management, business, regulation, care provision and development planning. Erica Nursing career expands over 20 years working across Residential Aged Care and Queensland Health.  Erica is committed to excellent in clinical governance outcomes medically and holistically for the individual to live the life they choose.

Independent Director, Emma Crause

Emma is a lawyer with extensive experience in the real estate sector across funds management, acquisitions, operations and divestments. She specializes in tax law and is currently the Head of Tax for a large ASX 200 listed Australian commercial real estate group. Prior to that she was the Head of Tax for a large multinational asset manager and has held various roles in law firms and accounting firms. As part of those roles, she has had extensive exposure to the business more broadly, boards of directors, various regulators and the retirement living sector. Emma has previously been a non-executive director for a large not for profit group.
