Our story.
Infinity Home Care began in 2016 after founder Renee Blake recognised something was missing in the aged care industry.
While managing Laguna Retirement Estate, she regularly heard the same concerns from residents and families. They wanted familiar carers, better communication, flexibility, and a provider that genuinely knew them as people rather than client numbers. Infinity Home Care was created to be that provider.
From the very beginning, our vision has remained simple:

In 2025, Infinity Home Care entered an exciting new chapter when ownership transferred to the owners of Laguna Retirement Estate, ensuring the organisation would continue growing while staying true to its original values.
Today, under the leadership of CEO Megan D'Elton, those same values continue to guide every decision we make and every client we support
